Theodore M. DuBose

MD, FAAP

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. DuBose completed both his internship and pediatric residency at MUSC. He has been proudly caring for patients and families at Sandhills Pediatrics for the past 25 years.

Dr. DuBose brings a long history of service and compassion to his practice, including pediatric oncology work through the Cancer Buddies program in Chapel Hill and a month spent practicing medicine in Cape Town, South Africa.

He is known for caring for entire families across generations and for taking the time to explain complex medical topics in ways that truly make sense around the kitchen table.

In his spare time, Dr. DuBose enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, as well as hunting and fishing.

With more than 30 years in practice, Dr. Finch is one of the trusted veteran voices in Midlands pediatrics. A College of Charleston graduate, he earned his MD at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. A past president of the South Carolina Medical Association, he has deep roots in the state's medical community and a particular interest in South Carolina history — including the story of Sandhills Pediatrics and the formation of SCPA. His clinical focus has always been on chronic illness management (asthma and obesity especially) and the kind of long-term continuity of care that helps kids and families thrive across decades.

A Clemson graduate, Dr. Haile came full circle when she joined the Sandhills team — she grew up connected to the practice and even worked as a medical assistant here before going on to medical school. She earned her MD at the USC School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at the USC School of Medicine and Palmetto Health Richland Memorial Hospital. Her practice is grounded in preventive care, education, and the kind of patient relationships built to last a generation.
